Water-healthy delight!

cell damage as well promoting healthy teeth and gums.

COOKOUT IDEAS: 
Combine watermelon, cucumber and cantaloupe for a summer salad. Puree watermelon and place in popsicle molds. Freeze until you have

Watermelon refresher 
Ingredients 
Chunks of watermelon, seeds removed: 3 cups Lime juice: of one lime Lime peel: 1 tsp, shredded Cold water: 1 cup Salt: A dash Mint: for garnish 
Method: 
Blend the watermelon, lime juice and zest until very smooth. Add in the cold water and salt; cover and refrigerate. Serve over ice and garnish with watermelon wedges and mint.
